At Clarks India, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your footwear; however, if you are not content with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Visit the 'My Orders' section on our website, select the item you wish to return, and choose your reason for the request.
Package the Item
Ensure the footwear is unworn and placed back in its original Clarks packaging with all tags and the invoice intact.
Handover to Courier
A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 48-72 hours; please hand over the securely sealed package to our logistics partner.
Refund Processing
Once the product passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
